This power-generating facility experienced an explosion during start-up of its 250KV transformer. The resulting fire and oil damage to the adjacent structures, insulators, resistor banks and fire suppression piping was extensive.

We were called to remove all oil and restore fire-damaged areas prior to the installation of a replacement transformer.
