All of Merrick’s personnel undergo comprehensive physical examinations and background investigations prior to employment.

Employees also complete annual physicals and are subject to our substance abuse program.

Our technical staff is professionally trained in the safe and proper use of equipment and chemicals. We operate crews with one supervisor for every 10 non-management technicians. In work zones, employees are required to wear safety equipment at all times.
